Lose Lose weight!!

Are you tired of having a big belly? Are you sick of looking clothes that should be fit to you even if you don't want the design? Are you sick of hearing from others that you are a FATTY?

Well, ME TOO! girls out there how can we remove belly fast?? really need to lose weight! Tired of hearing others opinion!

  Normally people would respond "Ur not fat ur beautiful in your own way" and blah blah blah but i kno thats not what u wanna hear. I know ya wanna hear a few tips.
  
  Well, some say that being "fat" runs in their family. This is partly true. Metabolism (or however its spelt) does, not being "fat". BUT, this can be resolved. Eat slower and be fuller quicker is one good way. Also, you should drink a glass of water before a meal. Also, regular cardio (sometimes u dont even kno ur doin it). BUT be careful on the matabolism. If you find that you're beginning to eat only half of what you have on your plate regually (think i spelt that wrong) then that can lead to your stomach getting used to not eatting as much. Which means that if you eat more than half the plate then it equals out to like triple what you ate origionally compared to your stomach. Your stomach isnt alive so how can it tell? But anyways, just sayin. Also, fiber. It might seem silly but fiber really does help for some reason. Plus, you should never skip a food group.
  
  But one more thing. Just be more confident and happy because stress is a major part of your diet too believe it or not. Just don't worry too much about weight. Just do this until it becomes natural (but dont forget the half plate thing).

  Thanks yah! but there is one thing I can't really avoid, my own discipline. Sometimes when I say I will not eat that, later on i'm going to check for that food and eat it. Waa! Discipline for food is hard to avoid.
