losing his heart [poem]

i held your heart when i fell asleep.
i dreamed about loving you,
holding you,
making love to you.
suddenly someone came and took your heart away from me.
i couln't stop crying even when my well went dry.
i called your name and searched my way trough the darkness.
suddenly a hand fell upon my shoulder and it opened it.
your heart was lying there, still beating the same rithem as before.
my well, before empty, filled with happyness
and so i continued my journy back to you.
i held your heart save into mine
no one could take you away from me.
i would never lose you again.
i will take care of you
i will be there when you most need me
i will be as perfect as you want me to be.
as long as your heart is still beating in my heart too.

baby i love you
and i will never lose you (again)
