love is a strong word

i rarely say i love you but when i do i mean it and people just go around saying it to people even when they dont mean it...i liked this girl cara we started dating and i really cared for her she told me she loved me all the time and i believed her ...i later found out that she "felt bad for me" and thats why she went out with me. why did she feel bad for me? was it because i cut? i dont know ...but it crushed me dont tell me you love me unless you mean it.
