Important: These thoughts and statements show mý view on the matter and are mostly based on the Gorean way of living. This doesn't mean at all that I'm right or that this way is the only way.












1. Definition of being a slave

Writing down the definition of being a slave is a hard thing to tackle. I am convinced that everyone looks at it different. For one it will be mostly about pleasing, listening and obeying. For another, like me, it's about finding the limits of her bounds, seeking a way to test her Dom and eventually settling herself to his wishes.

The first option I described, occurs to me like a doormat slave. Girls who always do as told, never make a wrong move and never act out of place are robots. This happens a lot online, for it's easy to keep up with while you are online online a few hours a day. On each and every order they get, the run as quickly as they can and always answer with a 'yes, Master'. This, however, isn't realistic. In the real life, we all have a bad day at times and at these times it's harder to keep up with the perfect slave attitude. In real life it's easier to run into a command that bothers you, that you aren't willing to preform while online, it doesn't really matter whát you have to do, for it's all roleplay anyway.

I try to stick with reality as much as possible, I act up, I'm moody, I'm bratty and I'm mouthy. This I am real life aswell. Not because I don't want to please, but because I have a certain shame of admitting my feelings and hide them behind a mask. Even when I truly surrender myself to someone, whether it be online or real life, I sometimes still seek the limits of his tolerance, for even a good behaving slave needs to be reminded of her place every now and then.

My definition of being a slave is trying to be pleasing at all times, make sure that 'sorry' is meant and not used randomly, do not surrender easily for ones slavery would be meaningless and keep the challenge in the relationship for it will feed both with a satisfying feeling.


2. A Free's view on slaves

There are two different genders amongst the Free, woman and men. There is only one type of woman several type of men.

Woman:
The Free woman I ran into are always bitchy, angry and moody. They look at slaves with a mixture of disgust and jealousy in their eyes and their actions are always harsh and unforgiven. I tend to stay away as far as possible from woman, whether it be slaves or Free, for they minds are clouded and it always turns into a mess.

I think their jealousy starts with the way they are dressed. This sounds odd, yet in Gor they are always hiding in heavy robes that need to conceal as much skin as possible. Those robes make it difficult to move, easy to trip and impossible to seduce a man with her body. The opposite of that, are slaves. They mostly wear as little possible if they aren't naked at all. They can move freely, add an extra sway of their hips and tense their muscles in a way to seduce a man with her body. It often happens that a slave doesn't even need to speak in order to get a man interested, her feature will draw his gaze towards her and keep it there until he gets enough of looking at her.

The second reason of a Free woman's jealousy is the love a Master has for his slave. A slave gives herself completely to her Master and shares the bed with him. He knows every inch of her body, every thought that roamed in her head and the feelings she has concerning him or things around her. He owns her completely while a Free woman always keeps a certain amount of being independent. She can freely speak her mind, she can argue with him or disagree with him.

The love a slave gets from her Master, the freedom she experiences in her movements and she deep bond she has with her Master are things a Free woman would never be able to get. Yes, they have the right to speak their mind, to argue and to keep their independence, but they will never be cherished and loved the way a slave is.

Careless men:
These are men that use a slave for their pleasure without taking the slave's feelings into account. When they want a girl, they take a girl, not caring if she is happy or not.
I think these men make a big mistake. Ofcourse they can take any girl they want and do with her as they please, though they will never experience the feeling of a girl surrendering totally. When a girl is unhappy, she will not be as pleasing when she is happy. She holds back a bit, doesn't trust her Master when he doesn't listen to her wishes and the tries to stay away from him whenever she can.

Weak men:
These are the men that aren't capable or controlling a slave. They say one thing and do the other. When a girl misbehaves they will threaten with a punishment, but never execute it.
In a relationship with a weak man it's the girl who rules. Due to barely noticeable actions she steers him into the direction she wants him to go. When he gives her a task she doesn't like to do, she simply does it half or doesn't do it at all. In the beginning it might be fun for a girl, living the way shé wants to live without having a Master strong enough to put her in her place, but after a while she will get unhappy, longing for a man that gives her the feeling of being a true slave. One that puts her in her place when needed and one that keeps her on her toes when it comes to serving him. Afterall.... that is what slaves long for the most.

Strong men:
These are the men that handle a girl perfectly. They know her feelings by only looking at her and respond to it in a way that suits them best. They realize that an unhappy slave is a worthless slave and make sure that their girl is content and eager to please him. They know when to punish and they know when to praise. Their touches can variate from harsh to gentle and they can be forgiven and unforgiven. They behavior and attitude causes girls to shiver in respect and to squirm in lust. It keeps girls on their toes and minimize the risk of a girl seeking the limits of his patience, for after one demonstration she knows them. Strong man don't seem to have troubles finding a suitable girl and often they have to disappoint many girls when they find out he isn't looking for (another) girl.



3. Domination online

Domination online can be hard for it's easy to fake something while sitting behind your computer. It counts for both sides, a man can easily pretend to be strong and harsh, punishing unforgivable while a girl can pretend to do anything he wishes while in RL she might not like it at all.
It happens often that I run into slavegirls online who aren't even a bit submissive in RL. The big difference with a girl who is submissive RL, is that the submissive one never has to think about what to RP back. She simply types down what she would do when it would be RL. The one that isn't submissive RL will have to think about her actions, plan them and make sure they do not contradict with what she played out earlier. I therefor think that a submissive RL one is more true to her feelings and honest about them while for the other it sticks with things being a game and nothing more.

Domination online can be a perfect start for what can end RL. If a girl and her Master puts their whole self in it, it can be just as strong RL. There is just one thing to watch out for, and that is when one feels different from the other. If the girl takes it to RL while the Master isn't she will end up disappointed and the Master will feel awkward about the situation. Visa versa the men mostly pick it up soon enough if their girl is indeed RL or not and won't show the wish to go RL if they realize the girl doesn't.

Another thing to watch out for is when a relation indeed goes RL and ends, the relation online mostly ends aswell. It can ruin amazing RP and split people up the way they did RL. Therefor I mostly keep my RL feelings to myself until I'm 100% certain that it's safe to show them.
