so i was just thinking,
there is a movie called wag the dog, about a war that never was.
what if they could make it happen that there was a war never covered ?
if you look at the news today you barely see anything from iraq or afghanistan.
so what if they knew how to pull it off ?
a large scale war not covered by the media, censored on the net ?
and what would the implications be and long term effects on society ?
the iraq war is not news worthy now ?
every day people die and we care about ? about what ?
it should be in the face, on the news in the papers.
that is the only way to make it stop, people would be bored with it or will have enough of it.
and demand the troops to come home.
no more deaths on tv and no more blood in the news.
but wait.
we barely see that these days.
yet people are still dying.
so in a weird way the masses would not mind.
they could care less,
look at the news and realize you have no clue what is happening in the world.
so what if they could pull it off ?
would you care ?
people only care if they are confronted.
that is human nature, like play hide and seek with a toddler, once hidden it's gone.
you guys should wake up.
grow up.
news by public request is not news at all, it is sensation.
and this is what they sell you
and that is what you've asked for.
in a war it is ever so important to report on it every day without fail.
cause only then can a people get tired of it and demand for the troops to come home.
they will trick you into believing in world peace and mean while slaughter half the population.
and you'll be sitting behind the tube or net and think everything is peachy.
because they tell you it is.
this will be your future.
