Voordat ze hun naam veranderden van het briljante 'Beastmilk' naar het inspiratieloze 'Grave Pleasures.' Ik zag ze live in een kleine, warme zaal in België. 'Smithsfits' is de leukste benaming voor deze muziek, ondanks mijn aversie voor The Smiths.

Papa was fan van The Earring. Overal waar wij gingen, ging The Earring met ons mee. Tegenwoordig zie ik pa niet meer, maar The Earring begin ik steeds meer te waarderen.
