The idea that my postcard will be travelling across the ocean,
arriving thousands of kilometres further on. Where the air might
feel warmer than here. Where the landscape might look different
from here. Where someone will read it and maybe smile. Where
someone will hold it like I held it myself. I love that idea. A postcard
being the only connection between two worlds that never met.
