Promise of Paradise

I check my schedule
for the gathering to start

I am anxious to meet all of them
but not really

superficial is enough

As they come in we start our meeting
We are from all over the world

Their happy little quarels
Their joyfull little chatters
Fill my ears

I close my eyes

I start to feel goosbumps starting from my neck
As the ambiance of this moment reaches my heart
The goosbumps increase and i feel content
Just before i can thoroughly
enjoy and appreciate the moment

I open my eyes

To only realise
its not yet time
to Enjoy this forever

Because only in Paradise
enjoyment like this
is through eternity
