Anxiety
Today I had a sports physical, except I didn't know beforehand. Apparently my grandma set up the appointment and literally told metwo hours before. I hate not be told what's going on in the day. But anyways, I got so scared, but when I finally got there nothing bad happened... But because I caused myself so much anxiety it lasted all day long. And when the doctor took my blood pressure my heart rate was 122 pulses per a minute instead of my usual 80.....
