Have A Great Exercise
This morning before i went to my work,i decide to jog this morning at Tasek Lama 
cause i start working at 8 always and lucky i came early today and if not,hmm..no time for exercise cause always workx3
so i start walking 7:25am then arrive there like 7:35 am 
from there i start jogging but 1st i jog slowly then i jog a little faster
and guess what i jog 3 rounds and i was so exhausted..wawawa..so i walk back to my work place at 8:15am cause i'm so tired but i never regret for that cause next week i will jog again to keep fit and beautiful cause every girl wants to be beautiful to their boyfriend so see ya next time
