  well, write some nice stories or just write about daily stuff, you don't need
  to write anything special as long as it's what you want and shows some
  of your personality, people can relate to that and soon you'll have people
  that read you often and become followers
  
  But actually asking for followers usually makes people want to push on the
  ignore button or just ignore alltogether. So just be you, and you'll be fine
