let's change things up!!
So after the holiday, not just what I eat, but also my physical AND mental health will be improved.
I'm going to force my lazy ass off the couch to exercise.
Including HipHop (which I've wanted to do since I was freakin' 13, so it's about time eh?)
Some exercise in the gym once a week. (if I have time next to homework)
Also I'm cycling to school each day from now on.
Mental health is by taking my time to actually read/photograph/(insert hobby) and to get away from the bright big addictive screens and have time for myself.
Food wise, well...sticking to the fructose free diet (which actually makes me feel SO much better) AND...NO MORE excessive amount of junk food. Having a snack once in a while is fine though ofc
Let's see how long I can keep it up, the first month will be though, but I'll make it!
