Mental health days
I feel like I probably need to take the coming *week* to focus on restorative stuff like art, cleaning up my space, at most answering emails and prepping for another thesis meeting.
I made a lot of progress the past months with mental stuff and also a couple of tiny thesis related things, but I feel pressure again. Nothing is going right or I don't feel it is.
I know I need to take a mental health... At least few days. But I feel guilty to do so.
Last week was spent mostly recovering from the chaos my mother brought on with her impulsive buys etc. & my job interview. Some chores. Some after-interview tasks. Taking care of my body after the booster shot.
A talk with councellor. I did nothing truly for my soul and pleasure.
