Hey there..like always before i start work, i went for a jog again and guess what..i did 6 rounds and i'm really happy that i can do it more and more soon
so next week i will be jogging again maybe not 6 rounds but 7 rounds hehe so hope that my stamina will be stronger than before even though my body is so small but surely i can run fast cause when i'm in primary and form..i always join sports events cause i love sports cause it make my body getting active everyday
cause i don't to feel my body feel so weak cause i'm not that type that who say that tomorrow i will jog then feel like no jogging cause thats not me
cause if i'm like that always, for sure my body will be getting fat like a hamburger..
and i don't want to be like a hamburger cause it will make you feel so weak and don't feel like jogging even though people or friends advice you to take exercise..and the best thing about exercise is you don't feel weak anymore cause you can feel your body active always n want to exercise more so you can lose your weight but do not over it cause it will be not a nice looking n people will think you like wanted to bring to a hospital or eat a little bit cause i'm like that before, before i was very so fat really fat in childhood but when i'm 12,i'm very skinny like a bone but i like my body now not skinny not fat just good looking but i do always eat rice day and night but i eat a little at night but in the morning or the afternoon i will eat more rice
but not only rice, i eat vegetables and bread and fruits mostly
