Normal?
I can't handle nervousness. My heart beats, my stomach turns and turns, and eventually I feel the need to throw up. Is this normal? Because seriously this is how I feel whenever I have a speech or play clarinet in front of the class, or sometimes even when a teacher calls on me for a question.

I feel like that too sometimes : (
Especially in an environment of people I can't relate to AT ALL.
I get dizzy and weak like I'm just losing energy and I feel a bit nauseous like you said. I kidn of pick up vibes very easily and stuff affects me too much.
I hate that so much. Just try thinking happy thoughts...happy thoughts
