there is a father with his daughter
and his daughter am i
the father sais i will love you
till the day that i die
but his death came to soon
for i was only twelve
and he left me alone
with my own lonely self

and the trees ow the trees
had lost all their leaves
and the sun ow the sun
had just stopped shining
and the clouds in the sky
started to rain
and i was walking.. walking
walking in my own tears
for the clouds where crying my tears

the is a girl without her father
and that girl used to be me
but i don't think i longer am her
i have my father in me
and i carry him with me
every day and every night
and when i mis him
i feel him here by my side

that this could happen to you
you could loose a parent
or maybe even 2
and there'll be rough times
