was it a de-tour ?
and have we picked up where it should have 10 years ago ?
sometimes it feels like the world has been altered
yeah you would not know that consiously
but it might have occured
i know some strange things and weird delays that did occure
though it is hard to substanciate
cause it was 10 years ago, and hard evidence is so hard to keep fresh and hard
time has a way of eroding the real and replacing it with make believe
funny how i always end up back then
back when
would i have been different now ?
if things would have gone as they should ?
i can't even remember
and maybe i could
if only there was something i could touch

i gave away something, but i realize now it was not the right thing,
