Am I pregnant ?! HELP!!!!!!!!!

I had sex with my boyfriend a week ago, i took the pills 44hours later so it means that no way i can't get pregnant because the limit of taking the pills is 72hour!
Today, i had my period but it was only a drop of blood and i feel a little bit dizzy sometimes.
My periode came one week earlier than usual ..

My sister told me that when she was pregnant with her baby ( 1month and a half ), she had a drop of blood too..

So now i'm wondering, can i be pregnant?! I took the fucking pills so how can this happen?!
Can someone pleaaseeee explaiinn to me?! someone who knows about this stuff!

  Try to check it in pregnancy test...hopefully you're not.

  yeah you should check pregnancy urine test soon as possible but remember if you're pregnant,please don't kill your newborn baby cause in this world, someone want a baby,but they're unlucky to have a baby and you should appreciate the gift from God but if you're not pregnant,you're lucky but make sure you don't do that again cause you will regret in the end I'm saying this its for your own good
