First entry
Well, this is my first entry. I'm not depressed or really that interesting I just like to keep a journal. But, I did try hypnosis using YouTube today and it actually works! I did a confidence raising hypnosis. I felt so calm and relaxed, and when I woke up I felt very confident in myself completely unlike to my normal self. But it did make me happy and I'm excited to try it again.
Tomorrow I am trying to be silent for a whole day. It's going to be an expieriment about deaf culture, since me and one other friend are really interested in American Sign Language.
Fast fact: Deaf and dumb refers to being deaf and mute. Dumb essentially means mute and not stupid.
