i read shit all day
i have wasted my xmas on reading
but i do know
i did not laugh today
hope you did
and it was for all the right reasons
in the best of seasons
laughing has more to it than you might know
but i guess this will be old news
in the animal kingdom animals that laugh often portrait fear and other negatives
rather than the human thought of positives
i hope you laugh positive
for i have not laughed all day
i did not even speak, on two moments that i could not stop singing along the sad songs.
when i read
you or any other
i feel
and fall short of smiling
take care my friend
don't ignore the feelings inside
fear not, i will
be joyious
for i am down
sleep well
for i will take the nightmares this evening
as if it is the last night for me
let me get the nightmare
you should sleep and enjoy the night
it would only be fair.
