Smoking, don't do it.
People always act me why I am so against smoking. Well a) when I believe something I really do believe it, I don't lie. I actually believe in it. b) my mom smokes and my dad is a former smoker. And do you know the only thing this tells me? This tells me that my parents are going to die young. That when I am 30ish my parents will be dead. This is why I am against smoking. I mean it's quite simple. It kills you. Voila! Case closed. That's really all there is to it, if you smoke you will die before us non-smokers.
Here is my vow from when I was 7:
I will never ever touch a cigarette or use any sort of non-medical drug in my lifetime.
