Telling my mom about anxiety
I think I'm going to tell my mom about my anxiety. It's something I've been dealing with for awhile. I've accepted having anxiety but now i just need to tell my mom. I don't neccessarially want help for it.. But I just feel like my mom needs to know. It's been a secret too long.
