soms zijn er dingen die je moet veranderen
ga je dan terug ?
of moet je naar morgen kijken en daar de oplossing zien die je vandaag moet volbrengen
noem het een spel
of gewoon je leven
het zijn maar woorden
het voelt als hel
soms zijn er dingen die je moet doen
als in leven blijven niet genoeg is voor je ..
is er een kans dat ik terug ga ?
terug, waarheen, waarnaar ?
thuis is een vreemd woord
soms denk ik dat ik het heb gevonden
als thuis dit hoort
een verlangen ?
zacht fluisterend in je oor
ik hoor ze niet meer
ze zijn niet meer te zien
ze lopen niet meer op straat
ben ik de enige die terug gaat ?
terug is dat als achteruit? of hier gevonden

no evil excists without good, nor hate without love
clinging on to one or the other just for heavens sake
we all die, and chose what to do after
no god will help you make the choise
it's like a kid in a candystore, and you only may choose one
and then fight the regrets and dissapointments
yeah you know this is what it's like
and you just want to believe, ignore the facts
god never saved any one, nor did the devil seduce
call it free will, if you like
but those are just nice words for selfish behaviour
who are you to judge, who am i to judge ?
free will and all that BS are useless
surely when you refuse to think
is there thought inside of you
other than the ego screaming for more ?
that ego is what rules you, lose the ego
and lose the bondages of right and wrong
good and bad are plain words, judging what can't be seen
those who tell you where you go when you die, they are unsure
they have not died, and are just repeating what someone else said
someone who also had not died yet when telling this
and so on,
should i return ?
claim old habits and smoke filled fun ?
or is there an other way?
a way i can live with ?
