Worker Comp part 1

So On Jan 25th I text the owner of Visiting Angels in home care company to let him know that I can no longer handle my patient do to his decline of health, it was a live in case, he was on longer standing and I could not lift him due to his heavy weight. He replied sometime later saying he was with a client and he would get back to me later. After waiting 10 hours I text him back asking if he found my replacement. He said he was busy and would do it in the morning. I agreed it was already late and my patient was in bed. The next say on the 26th I woke up sore like if you spent a little too much time at the gym sore.I Richard from Visiting Angels again. Telling him I cannot lift and transfer my patient safety and I need to be replace asap. He took his time in calling me back, saying he is working on finding someone. By this time my back, legs, and arms were hurting enough were I knew it was more then just soreness. I was in so much pain that night I was unable to sleep because of it, the morning of the 27th I had to take my patient to the bathroom, this was the final straw I was in so much pain, I called and text Richard he does not like answering text messages or his phone when I call. He spent some girl to help me with my patient that night however it was too late. And time I moved my back her so badly it would bring me to tears. On the morning of the 28th I was replaced at 7am, this is after I text Richard the 25th at 9am asking to replace me.
Since the 28th of Jan I have only been treated with medication. I have yet to see the worker comp doctor, On the 21st it will be 25 days since I left work. I got a lawyer however her helpers don't tell me shit but we are waiting on paperwork. I have not gotten a paycheck in almost 2 1/2 weeks, I have less then 15 dollars left in my bank account. I have 3 credit cards I have to pay the balance one I had paid off right before I was injured and it now back again max out. I also have 100 dollar phone bill due and rent due. None of these bills I can pay, so now I am looking at going homeless, phoneless and once again runing my credit due to the owner of this effing company. Nothing has been done yet, I do not even have the money to by my meds to help with the pain. When my back hurts it goes into my legs the shooting pain makes my legs give out and I fall, so I cannot walk, I also get shooting pain in my left hand thankfully I am right handed so I am able to eat and drink without problems. I cannot walk, stand or sit for a long period of time it will cause my back to hurt. All of this is causing my depression to sky rocket and I do not have money to see a doctor for it and get back on my med, after over a year being off of them and in control this made me lose control of my depression. I cannot tell my boyfriend how depressed I really am.
