never lie to your children
do not lie to your children if you want your children to grow up smart and respectful
when parents do not lie to their children, the children will know when some one else lies.
there is a simple way to explain this, because they will see natural signs of lies.
parents who lie to their children teach their children to lie.
but also take away their ability to look in the mirror, figuratively.
they will not see when they are being lied to, they wont know nor question.
to question is to learn, and when they never learn to question, they will never learn.
thus as long as you are straight with your children, they will be straight with you, and will know when some one is bending the rules.
some people say white lies are game, but white lies only do harm.
a lie is a lie, and one can better know the truth and reality rather than be tought a lie and fail in questioning its reality.
we all have been grown to accept lies, and we lie just the same,
it is a cultural problem, and only if you fight your own lies you can teach others to be straight.
i am not clean of lies, but i try to, and i question a lot because the lies are that what causes things to explode.
so in this, i will not lie that i still think of her, and will probably keep thinking of her for all my life.
but then again, i try not to lie about love, how painful these words may come.
i'd rather be the asshole that is straight then the jerk that lies and cheats.
